What is the shelf life of cookies?

Shelf life is 9 to 12 months depending on cookie type and pack size.

Always check the Best By Date, which is the last date recommended for the use of the product while at peak quality. This code is generally located on the back of the package near the UPC code or on the bottom of the box.

Can I store the product in the refrigerator/freezer?

We recommend storing product in a cool, dry place.

Did you change the recipe for Keebler Vienna Fingers?

The new recipe of Keebler Vienna Fingers was designed to improve overall flavor, aroma, and texture of our already classic product.  You’ll find that the cookies are more crispy, less dry, and are filled with more flavor!  We’ve also added more crème filling so you get the right amount of cookie flavor and crunchiness.  We continue to invest in the right ingredients and are committed to delivering the magical products Keebler has become known and loved for.

Do you have coupons?

Due to the overwhelming number of coupon, promotional item and/or sample requests that we receive, we are unable to send these items at this time. However, we periodically run coupons for our products in the Sunday newspaper inserts of major local newspapers. Also, please follow our brands on social media as promotions are often announced there first. 

Can you bring back a discontinued product?

Unfortunately, this product has been discontinued and at the time, we do not have plans to bring it back. To keep our product line interesting and give consumers innovative flavors, we periodically have to discontinue other flavors. We apologize that we have disappointed you.

Do I have to bake the crust?

No, your Ready Crust® Pie Crust is ready to use! Be sure to remove the plastic cover before use.

Can I bake a Keebler Ready Crust?

Yes, be sure to remove the plastic cover before use.  If you want to give your no-bake recipe a golden crust, brush it with a beaten egg or egg whies and bake at 375°F for five minutes.  Cool before filling. You can also use your Keebler Ready Crust® Pie Crust for baking your favorite pie recipes.  Always place the crust on a cookie sheet prior to filling for all your baked recipes.

Do I take the crust out of the tin before baking?

No, you don't need to but always remove the plastic cover before using the crust.

Can I use the plastic lid as a pie cover?

Yes and always remove the plastic cover before using the crust.  To cover pie, place inverted plastic lid on open foil of pan and crimp foil around plastic lid.

Can a broken pie crust be fixed?

A broken crust is hard to fix but you can use the pieces as a topping or other creative uses. If the crust was broken at time of purchase, please contact us at 866-866-3085.

Do you have any tips to help prevent the crust from getting soggy?

You can pre-bake the crust to help it stay firm at 375 degrees F for 5 minutes. Cool before filling.

Can all recipes be used with any of your crust flavors?
